After placing his/her order the customer receives an e-mail message confirming its receipt.

For the order to be processed the customer must complete correctly the electronic order form and sent it to us.

Orders which are not fully completed, e.g. the telephone number or the e-mail address to which the confirmation will be sent is missing, will not be accepted.

All prices are given in the local currency (euro). After the order has been placed the price will not change. The shop has the right to change the prices of offered goods, to offer new items and to conduct, modify and terminate promotional campaigns on its website.
A delivery charge is added to each order.
